             Well testing is a procedure applicable during all stages of a well’s life, from exploration and appraisal through development. Blackgold has all the world class equipments and the professionals  which can deal with HPHT conditions and the roughest environment on the Planet.               Our Research & development in Production Testing constantly works to develop the most competant equipment, which can stand with Ever growing industry demands and safety standards. All our equipments comply with safety standards laid by the industry. Blackgold has the following in-built facilities to take up the challenges and provide the following services.
  • Quickly control the pressure and flow rate at the surface and shut the well. These are applicable to both exploration well testing and development well testing.
  • Seperate the resulting effluent into three seperate fluids ( Oil, Gas & Water ) and accurately meter these fluids.
  • Collect and separate solids when applicable
  • Collect surface samples
  • Dispose of the resulting fluids in an environmentally safe manner
Blackgold has all the equipments rated by API 6A (PSL3, PR-2) which are required for offshore HPHT surface well testing.
 
Blackgold is experinced in well testing upto 20k.

Product Description: 20,000 psi Heater-3 phase/1440 psi Separator skid mounted


A stack-pack is equipped with an indirect gas fired heater and separator mounted alongside each other on a offshore skid . As the pressure is reduced by use of a choke, this causes the temperature to dramatically decrease downstream creating an environment often conducive to hydrate formation. The formation of hydrates may cause malfunction of separation further downstream. The indirect heater is used to prevent hydrates from forming when upstream pressure is reduced at the choke.
Three phase separator. This vessel is used to separate the liquid and gas of the well stream. The separator is equipped with a large volume tank and piping that regulates and channels the well fluids. Safety devices are installed to prevent the over pressuring of the equipment.

Choke. Manifold:15,000 psi

 Surface testing and flow back process a choke manifold is used to reduce the pressure of the well and control the well stream flow. This ensures that fluctuations in downstream line pressure have no effect on the well flow rate. The choke manifold is used to establish critical flow. pressure.  Blackgold  has a variety of Choke Manifold units for testing and flow back purposes. Blackgold is available at a moments notice to deploy this equipment and well technicians to the well site.
